Lot 1 East Crescent, Culburra Beach is a peaceful bushland site of 3.38ha on the northern edge of Lake Wollumboola. It brims with life and along with the small public reserve to the west is recognised as an Endangered Ecological Community Bangalay Sandforest and is rare in Culburra Beach.
